Our clients are Tier 1,2 and 3 Contractors based within Sydney. Our clients speciality ranges from property and infrastructure through to the building and residential space both nationally and internationally. We have multiple upcoming assignments whereby our clients are seeking experienced Project Administrators to join their team working an an exciting newly awarded project!
As a Project Administrator, you will be supporting the project team with the delivery of the project. The role requires a highly organised candidate who has worked within the construction industry and has the experience in providing project support!
Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the day to day running of the office
- Subcontractor Management
- Team support
- Providing administrative support to Project managers etc on the project
- Diary management
- Ad-hoc duties
- Previous experience within Construction
- Minimum 4 years experience as a project administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
