The Company
Established within the last 5 years by a young, dynamic and key figure in the industry, the success to date has been better than could have been expected. The Role
They have an established client base and a growing team. The next phase of growth requires the addition of a Senior or Principal Traffic Engineer to work closely with the Director to win and deliver further work and to influence further company growth.
The Responsibilities
You will work closely with the director to attend client meetings, free up their time to do further business development and even take on business development yourself if this is something that appeals to you.
Whilst doing this, you will remain hands-on with project delivery and so will be involved in the full life-cycle of projects and remain technically astute.
As the company continues to grow, you will take on further people management responsibilities and grow a wider team working under you.
Depending on your success, there are share/bonus incentives that can be put in place in order to recognise and reward your contribution to growing the company.

The Requirements

- That you are operating at a Senior or Principal level
- Have experience working in the NSW market
- Have the drive and passion to lead teams and influence key decision making
- A current drivers license
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
