Responsibilities:

•  Process timeclock records for employee payroll
•  Send Kronos Contractor report
•  Enter leave forms into the SAP system and the Leave Tracker Report for Service Delivery Managers;
• Troubleshoot and fix payroll costing issues;
• Complete header sheets for following pay;
• Printing of pay advices and distributing to site
• Creation and maintenance of employee files.
•  Entering, maintaining and ensuring the LMS is up to date at all times.
•  Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
• Answer and resolve any payroll related discrepancies or issues from employees
• Maintaining payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures
• Undertake any ad hoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Finance Manager

To be successful you must possess the following: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL. 
• Must have experience in UKG
• Sound Excel skills
• Reliable with a strong and proven work ethic
