The Company: 
Working for a Tier 2 Civil / Ground Engineering business who have a large portfolio of jobs that has worked in conjunction with their values to build a highly regarded reputation within the Australian construction market.

Position Description:

• You will be responsible for all facets of payroll currently processed through Deputy, and liaising with employees and managers.
• Reconciling times in Deputy
• Checking all job costings
• Exporting timesheets to accounting software
• Reconciling payroll
• All statutory reporting requirements
• Set-up of new employees, new super accounts, and other necessary payroll categories.
• Processing of all PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation and all other payroll entitlements/deductions
• Manual payroll calculations as required such as workers compensation.

The Requirements; 

• An understanding of how to interpret relevant Awards, EBA’s, Superannuation, Workcover, Long Service Leave Acts etc,
• Experience in a payroll position.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
• GreenTree and beneficial not essential
