CGC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a PA/Office Administrator for a highly reputable National Cleaning company based out in Yennora.
Our client is a highly reputable and successful Commercial Cleaning company based out in Yennora. Our client has had strong and steady growth and is seeking a strong administrator to join the team and support various key stake holders within the business.
Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Purchase orders, invoicing, requisitions etc.
- Liaising with the Operations Manager, Managing Director and HR director on a day to day basis
- Assisiting in the role out of various projects
- Subcontractor mangement
- Management of travel
- Assist in managing cleaning contract
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Previous experience within PA/Admin/Team Assistant
- Experience within the commercial cleaning space will be highly advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
