The company
My client is a leading Architecture firm in the heart of the CBD. They specialise in heritage and conservation management planning, mixing contemporary design with conservation principles and practices. 

The role
This is an extremely varied role, starting beginning of April. Seeking full functioning adminsitrative and all-rounder accounts individual.
Duties including but not limited to:
  • General office administration and clerical support to all employees
  • Administrative support to leadership team (diary and travel management)
  • Assisting preparation and submission of bids and tenders
  • IT systems administration & support
  • HR support 
  • Accounts;
  • Accounts Payable / Account Receivable
  • Payroll - BAS and Superannuation lodgement
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly invoicing for architectural projects
  • Budgeting and cash projections
  • Preparation of bank payments
  • Data entry
Skills / Experience
  • Experienced Office Manager
  • Qualified in accounting with at least 3 years accounting experience 
  • Solid accounts payable and receivable experience;
  • Demonstrated documentation & file management skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and professionally;
  • Strong communication and time management for the fast paced role;
  • Xero / MYOB experience preferred, but not essential.
