Job description

Our client are a concreting contractor based in Hemmant, QLD. They are looking to engage an Office Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role you’ll be reporting to the GM, and working very closely with the Financial Controller and Operations Manager. This position has three key areas of focus:
  1. Office Management & Administration
  2. HR Administration & Payroll
  3. Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable
To be successful in this role you will be:
  • Proficient in MS Office: Intermediate to advanced skills, including advanced use of Teams and SharePoint.
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll Experience
  • HR Admin Experience
  • Office Management Experience
  • Experience in a Blue Collar Environment: Comfortable working in a blue-collar
