Summary 

CGC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts/Administrator/Receptionist Candidate for a highly reputable Tiling Contractor based out in Condell Park.  

The Company 
Our client is a highly reputable and successful Tiling Contractor based out in Condell Park. They are really business in the market ATM and work across various projects ranging between $1M - $9M. Our client has had strong and steady growth and is seeking a Accounts/Administrator/Receptionist candidate to join the team and support various key stake holders within the business.   

The Role

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting accounts in AP, AR and Payroll where necessary 
  • Invoicing and PO's 
  • Handling inbound phone calls
  • Reception Duties 
  • Processing Orders
  • Experience in OH&S will also be beneficial 
  • Coordinating with the wider team.
  • Adhoc Administrative duties 
Who we are looking for 
  • Minimum 4 years experience within Office Administration/Accounts/Reception 
  • Experience using MYOB is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
