Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant for New Homes Builder
  
Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in guiding clients through the journey of purchasing their dream home. You'll manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, while offering tailored suggestions to enhance their lifestyle. As the primary face of the builder, you’ll play a key role in establishing client relationships.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Actively network with land agents and ensure timely responses to inbound leads and appointment requests.
  • Take advantage of an uncapped commission structure, providing you the opportunity to maximise your earnings.
Work Schedule: This position requires weekend and public holiday work, with two weekdays off (Monday – Friday). You will be offered 1 weekend off a month.
  
Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in the new homes sales sector.
  • A strong drive to meet targets and a passion for sales.
  • A proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Negotiation skills, even in high-pressure situations.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
