We're on the hunt for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our busy factory, producing high-quality glass panels for the construction industry. Based on the factory floor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is operating smoothly and our team is working safely and efficiently.
 
About the Role:
 
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for both mechanical troubleshooting and managing day-to-day maintenance operations on the floor. You'll oversee a small team, plan preventative maintenance, and jump in to repair machinery when things go wrong. Your leadership will help minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the factory
 
Perform hands-on repairs and mechanical fault-finding as needed
 
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
 
Ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely
 
Support production staff with technical issues
 
Work closely with senior management on maintenance planning and improvements
 
What You'll Need:
 
Proven experience in a similar maintenance leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
 
Strong mechanical aptitude - able to fix, maintain, and troubleshoot factory machinery
 
Confident leading from the floor with a proactive, can-do attitude
 
Solid understanding of OH&S standards and procedures
 
Trade qualification (mechanical, fitter, or similar) desirable
 
Hours & Package:
 
Full-time, Monday to Friday - no weekends!
 
Salary: Circa $90,000 + Super
