Job description
An established head contractor builder is seeking a highly skilled Leading Hand to join the team on a major school infrastructure project in Bathurst.
This is a long-term site-based opportunity supporting the delivery of key education facilities within the region.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Foreman, you will play an important role in coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring works progress in line with program.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site
- Assist with daily planning and sequencing of works
- Uphold strong WHS standards and monitor site compliance
- Maintain quality control and support program targets
- Act as a key link between trades and site leadership
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson on commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication capability
- Trade qualification preferred
- White Card and relevant site tickets
