- 1-2 years construction CA experience is essential,
- Development stage experience is a bonus.

The Role
As Junior/Contracts Administrator, you will work alongside the Director and Accounts/Administration Manager and assist in coordinating site activities and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients as well as the on-site team.
You will develop efficient processes and innovate with new ideas and thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for many and diverse duties on a daily basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Supporting & working alongside the Director & Accounts/Administration Manager
▪ Assist with Feasibilities, Development Approval and Consultant and Design coordination
▪ Projects Contract Administration i.e., RFI’s, Project Drawings, Shop Drawings, Contracts, SOW’s, PO’s etc.
▪ Administer and process sub-contractor invoicing and progress claims
▪ Perform quality assurance & compliance checks of the information being supplied by sub-contractors and ensure they are accurate & being met
▪ Complete quantity take-offs and detailed tender comparison
▪ Assist with projects safety documentation and regular reports i.e., safety management plans, SWMS etc.
▪ Administer Consultant and Sub-contractor’s tenders and documentation
▪ Interpret plans and specifications to understand the full scope of works for the projects
▪ Document control
▪ Will be required to work on-site at projects from time to time as well as at our Head Office.
▪ General administration duties
Requirements
▪ 2 + years experience in construction would be favoured
▪ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
▪ Xero experience is an advantage
▪ Strong analytical skills
▪ Strong problem-solving skills
▪ Strives under pressure
▪ Ability to work autonomously
▪ Meticulous attention to detail
▪ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
▪ A can-do attitude and willing to go above & beyond
▪ Full current drivers’ licence & own vehicle
