A boutique property and facilities management company within the high end mixed use residential sector are seeking a junior building manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to a number of smaller contract wins the existing team need somebody to come on board and assist with the day to day running of a number of sites, whilst working in partnership with the operations manager and the rest of the team on some of their other assets.

This role would suit somebody with 1 - 2 years experience within residential building management, who is looking to join a business that can provide structure and career development as well as the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced operators in the sector. 

The role will initially see you taking direct responsibility for a number of smaller assets across the inner west. Based either from site, or from head office, you will be responsible for site audits and walk rounds, organising contractors for works, ensuring that sites are compliant, safe and presentable. You will be the first point of call for residents and strata managers for any issues on site.
