As an HVAC Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the company. You will lead a team of 5 skilled technicians, working together to ensure the highest quality HVAC services are provided to our clients.

- Oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the office team to schedule works, allocate resources, and manage client requests.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to determine HVAC system requirements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues, offering expert solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used and work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong track record of high-quality work.
- Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- HVAC trade qualification or relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
