The Client 

An established but growing HVAC Service and Install business under new management. Their work is all commercial in nature and spans the Sydney Metro Area. With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, they have established themselves as a trusted name in the industry.

The Role:

As an HVAC Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the company. You will lead a team of 5 skilled technicians, working together to ensure the highest quality HVAC services are provided to our clients.

This role is both hands-on and office-based, with a focus on achieving optimal results in the field while also managing team schedules, projects, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the office team to schedule works, allocate resources, and manage client requests.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to determine HVAC system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues, offering expert solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used and work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong track record of high-quality work. 
  • Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • HVAC trade qualification or relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
