The Company

A well established mechanical contractor with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand are looking to expand their Estimating team to bring on board an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. 

With a reasonably small presence in Sydney currently, they have exciting growth plans which are being leveraged from their strong relationships with a number of established builders within Australia, targeting more complex projects with a strategy around offering a quality service and delivery, with a view of winning repeat business down the track. 
 
The Role

Working on design and construct projects the role will deliver projects across multiple sectors including commercial, age and healthcare, universities and high rise residential for tenders and pre construction design. Values will typically range from $1m - $10m and will be both new build and fit out/refurbishments.

Requirements
 
To be successful you will demonstrate the following;

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Services Engineering
• Experience tendering on projects working for a HVAC contractor in building services
• Commercial ability to vale add engineer on projects
• Strong communication skills to assist in handover with the project delivery teams
