A leading national multi services contractor who specialise across HVAC, Fire & BMS have exciting growth plans in the next 12-24 months and they are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to be a key part of this expansion and to grow with the business. 

A national building services contractor that have a large service and maintenance division that also offers construction solutions on minor works and special projects, typically fit outs, refurbs, service upgrades, chiller replacements etc. 

As a Project Manager you will typically work across 2-3 projects at any one time, more often valuing between $2-3m in HVAC project value. You will have full support from a Site Manager and in house engineering / design team being based out of a modern office in the western suburbs of Sydney. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for developing strong relationships with long term existing clients whilst ensuring successful delivery of the projects.

Due to the size and nature of the projects, they are fast paced and quick turnaround so the opportunity is well suited to a Project Manager who enjoys being busy, challenged and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
