A new opportunity has arisen within a well established, medium sized mechanical services contractor who specialise in delivery D&C projects in the high end residential / apartment sector for high profile clients who are expanding their presence into the commercial construction industry. 

The business currently have 20+ staff internally, have a strong financial backing and are currently in the process of tendering on commercial projects. The business are looking into high rise commercial, education, aged care, hospitals and shopping centre projects, both wet concrete and refurb / fit out, looking into delivering projects up to $10m in mechanical value. 

The business has relationships in place, and this role will be the focal point for initially driving the growth of the team and business unit through a combination of project delivery and business development / client management. 

This is an opportunity that with successful performance will see you step into a General Manager position within the business. The client are seeking someone who has come from a HVAC Project Manager / Construction Manager background from the commercial industry, who is well presented, confident quoting, tendering, delivering projects and also presenting to clients. 

You will work closely with the Managing Director to grow the business unit and expand the team. This is a long term permanent position and a rare opportunity within the industry for an ambitious HVAC Project Manager / Construction Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge with an opportunity to progress their career.
