As a Human Resources Executive, you will have the opportunity to support the senior leadership team in sustaining the growth of the business. This is a dynamic position which will call for fresh new ideas and continuous improvement strategies.

Your roles and responsibilities will be varied, however may include and are not limited to:
Duties will be as follows
- Implementing and refining HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining and regularly updating Employee data
- Employee management (Inductions, exit reviews and all other HR related matters)
- Implementing and administering performance management processes
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Minimum 6-8 years experience within Human Resources
- Degree qualified (HR)
