Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client a state government department, based in the Sydney CBD!

What's in it for you....

  • Offices are based in the CBD - Currently working from home as per State Government Guidelines 
  • $350 per day plus super  
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit
    • Respond to and resolve enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information and the timely and effective resolution of issues
    • Provide advice to business customers and stakeholders on a range of people, culture and workforce solutions to ensure fit for purpose services that meet customer requirements
    • Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
    • Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance, with recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business customers and stakeholders through collaboration, responsive advice and service to support business outcomes
    • Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes
    • Support the development and delivery of projects to enable the successful implementation and achievement of agreed outcomes
MUST HAVE:
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia 
  • Previous experience in a similar is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills
  • Previous gov experience preferred but not essential
