Job description

A leading privately owned facilities management service provider are looking for an experienced marketer to lead their marketing and sales division nationally. This is a newly created role within the business to lead what is an experienced existing team.

The business has recently engaged an external consultancy to help them devise a road map for the business in the medium term. They need a marketing profession confident in delivering the go to market plan as well as produce new strategic aims while modifying and improving existing practices.

This role also takes responsibility for the sales team, ensuring that there is a joined up approach between the respective teams.

This role is ideal for a true generalist, with some digital and online as well as traditional media. The right person will be comfortable with both ATL and BTL advertising. 

To be successful in this role you will have a marketing qualification (degree preferred) and have a proven track record in leading marketing teams. You will have worked in the Facilities Management sector and associated industries and have a detailed understanding of the sales cycle within the space. Cleaning industry experience would be an added benefit, but those across security/maintenance/waste/catering etc will certainly be considered.
