Contract Foreman – Health Facility Project (Nowra)

We are seeking an experienced Foreman for an ongoing contract position based in Nowra, working on a health facility project. A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure the highest quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
• Manage stakeholders, tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets health facility standards and specifications.
• Maintain site safety and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction, ideally with health experience. (not a must) 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems efficiently.
