We are actively recruiting a General Site Foreman to work on projects ranging from $20m to $500m, all based in the Sydney CBD / Metro areas. We looking for seasoned Foreman who are able to bring strong contractor management, safety compliance and solid buildability knowledge. 

We are looking for a General Foreman who has a number of years under their belt and can bring experience on planning., sequencing and people managment skills.  
 
You will naturally have excellent communication skills coupled with a strong career history working for tier two builders in Australia.

To be successful for this role you will need:

• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering projects from $30M plus
• Experience with a large tier three or tier two builder is essential
• Experience with a well-known builder in Australia
• Able to manage a large team
• Able to work to a tight but manageable program
• Lead from the front
• Excellent people skills
