Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Site Foreman to lead the delivery of a luxury $4M residential rebuild in Bronte. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone with a carpentry background and proven experience managing high-end projects over $2 million in value.

As the on-site lead, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of trades, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met while maintaining our strong reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct trades to meet schedule and design specifications
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on site
• Ensure carpentry and structural works are completed to premium standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to deliver the project vision
• Manage timelines, budgets, and site documentation
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings

About You

• Trade qualified Carpenter with a solid background in residential construction
• Minimum 5 years of Foreman/Site Supervisor experience
• Proven track record managing projects over $2 million, ideally in high-end or architectural homes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of construction programming and site coordination
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Able to read and interpret architectural and structural plans confidently
• White Card and current driver's licence

Based on experience you will be paid anywhere between $130,000 - $160,000 + super
