A well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Foreman to help deliver a high-quality 90-townhouse development on Brisbane’s southside.

About the Role: As Site Foreman, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple townhouse builds at varying stages. You’ll work closely with the project team to ensure timelines, quality standards and safety are met throughout construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site trades, suppliers and site activity
• Manage scheduling and progress across multiple builds
• Drive quality control, safety and compliance
• Coordinate structural and landscaping packages
• Report to the Site Manager and Project Manager

About You: You’ll be an experienced Foreman with a background in townhouses, duplexes, or low-rise residential construction.
Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong knowledge of structural works and landscaping finishes
• Ability to manage multiple dwellings concurrently
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• A trade background or relevant qualifications
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
