The company
  
Our client is an industry leading multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy with a strong reputation for premium Building services design work across multiple market sectors in Australia, specifically holding high regard in the healthcare sector.

They continue to expand their presence across the country with design professionals of the highest calibre, and this plus a management team who lead from the front, has helped them take an increasing market share within Sydney's building services.

They get involved in a broad range of projects mostly within the traditional areas of; commercial, residential and healthcare as well as Data Centres, Retail and leisure sectors.

The role

Now, with a long standing and strong foothold in Sydney and due to the aforementioned growth and restructure, our client is looking for a leader to manage and grow the electrical team. Therefore, our client currently requires an experienced Senior > Associate Electrical Engineer with sound knowledge of the Sydney market to join their management team.

The role will look after existing work won and relationships whilst developing new clients in new market spaces. You will have the luxury and full financial backing to build a team of highly capable engineers around you as well as nurture the current team.
  
The role reports into the Building Services Leader, but will operate with a large degree of autonomy and again will be given the necessary support to assist you in growing the team.
  
The requirements
  • 8+ years experience within building services - Ideally Sydney Exp.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney market
  • Well-developed client facing skills
  • Passion to grow business
