Fire Portables Supervisor
Sydney
Circa $80,000 +Package
Tier 1 Fire Contractor
A Fire Portables Supervisor is required for a Tier 1 Fire & Security Contractor. The role will entail the scheduling, management and supervision of circa 8+ Portables Service Technicians.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision for the performance of approximately 8 – 10 field technicians.
- Provide oversight of remaining field workforce and workshop technicians to support the Portable Service Manager and Portable Service Supervisors
- Implement training for technicians to ensure the workforce is capable of meeting service targets.
- Manage field and vehicle inventory to ensure zero variance.
- Prepare defect quotes for customers as reported by field technicians in a timely manner.
Key Competencies:
- You should have demonstrable Supervisory experience within the Fire Service industry
- You should ave knowledge and/or experience working within the Fire Service industry, and ideally within the portables area specifically
