Role 

With a large high rise residential project underway in the Macquarie Park area we are actively looking for an experienced Finishing Foremen. You'll work as part of a finishing team of 2 reporting to the General Foremen with responsibilities for over 150 apartments in one particular block.  The role will be on a contract basis and will run for 8 months on one project and then potentially onto another following on 


Person 

To be considered for this role you must have recent experience in delivering high rise residential projects, while managing multiple trades to deliver a quality product.

Due to the speed of construction and volume or units you must be organised with the ability to get the best out of the sub-contractors to achieve program and company standards.

You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent managerial skills coupled with good time management and highly developed communication skills. 

This will suit a Finishing Foreman who has at least 2 high rise residential projects under their belt so they are able to foresee issues and problems before they arise and offer advice on best practice. 
 

Reward


The rates for the role are in the region of $60-$75 ph for the right candidate
