The company
A Tier 2 builder who have been operating between the Gold Coast and Brisbane for nearly 20 years are a consistent winner each year at the MBA awards and have created a very good name for themselves in the QLD building industry. They are known for delivering projects in the residential, education and industrial sectors from $5M to $40M.
 
The role – Finishing Foreman 
They are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a team on a $25M apartment project located on the Gold Coast. You will be working under an experienced Site Manager and will report to your PM who will also be based on site. They are ideally looking for an up and coming in this role who they can mentor into a Site Manager.

To be successful for this role you will:

• Come from a trade background 
• Previous experience with projects of $10M plus
• Must show stability with previous employers
• Apartment experience is key
• Be strong on finishing but an all rounder would be preferred
• Someone who is ambitious and self-motivated
• A team player
