Project 

With a range of projects currently in different stages our client is actively seeking a Finishing Foreman to help close out a multi unit residential project in the Sydney CBD area. The project is going well and requires someone to oversee the finishing aspects on multiple levels of the project over the course of 4 or 5 months until completion. They have a great team on the job so its a good environment to work in.
  

Candidate 

You will ideally, but not essentially, come from a carpentry background with recent experience in residential projects in the Sydney area. 
  
Your ability to manage multiple subcontractors, sequencing working to close out section / floors while managing site safety is essential.

Your ability to drive productivity and quality throughout the project is a must, having a keen eye for detail and be able to make decisions and stand by them, offering technical advice / solutions where necessary.
  
Rewards 

rates will be in the region of $65-$75 ph depending on experience
