Finishing foreman - 4 month contract - Age care 

The Company

A highly regarded builder established for 20 years operating in NSW, have an Age Care project which is in the Sutherland-shire area, and due to the projects current stage they need to engage a finishing foreman to see out the remaining 4 months of the build.
  
With a T/O of over $300M this well-run builder are continuing to grow and are now delivering projects valuing $10M to $75m covering the residential,age care, commercial and fit out sectors. 
  
  
The Role

As the Finishing Foreman you'll take control of safety compliance, drive programmes, while ensuring the reputation of the client is upheld throughout the finishing aspects of the job.

Working with a high level of sub contractors you'll enjoy working with trades who understand safety and deliver quality work consistently.
  
The project has 4 levels and will require someone who has preferably a carpentry background.

Managing the internal trades and fit out of the rooms and common areas
