Industry leading Facade Contractor delivering high rise development towers across Sydney Metro. Solid pipeline of work for the next couple of years, utilise your expertise in facade design & install methodologies in a leadership role. 

The Role

• Supervising and management position
• Working with a PM/Construction Manager working across a number of projects
• Leading the way on the installation of Curtain Wall, Windows/Doors, structural internal glazing and structural fins. 
• Supervise and manage all site activities
• Read plans and drawings 
• Communication and liaison with client/builder 
• Responsible for Toolbox Talks, Safety, Logistics, Pre-Starts, ITPS 
• Internal career progression, work your way into Construction Management overseeing multiple projects. 
• Supported by Project Managers, Engineers and admin staff.

About you

• Have a trade background in carpentry or glazing or Construction Management related degree
• First Aid Certificate 
• Able to lead a team 
• Able to work autonomously and in a team
• Self-motivated and reliable 
• Sound computer skills
