The role –Senior Estimator – Brisbane office
The Queensland business which has recently secured near $120m of new projects and are currently in a great position leading into 2023.
  
A rare opportunity has come available due to an internal move for an Senior Estimator to join the business.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator who is looking to step into a leadership role in the the future. 

What you need to be considered
As a Senior Estimatoryou will ideally come from a Tier 2 or Tier 1 builder background and ideally have a mixture of experience with the sectors you have worked in i.e. commercial, defence, health, agecare.   

You will also need:

• A construction related degree
• A commercial background
• A minimum of 10 years plus as a building Estimator
• Be competent in using Buildsoft
• Have experience with a tier 1 or large tier 2 builder in Australia, or large Tier 3
• Able to lead from the front and manage a team
• Show stability in your CV with previous employers
