A builder who have been established for over 20 years who operate national are on the lookout for a Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager for the NSW division. 
 
With a T/O of over $200M this award winning builder secure a majority of their work from repeat business and are growing year on year. 
 
Their Sydney operation has been running for over 15 years and they are looking to add a senior head in their Estimating team in order for them to take the business to the next level. 
 
You will be seen as a Senior part of the business and will be the Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager in the Sydney office, you will have multiple intermediate level Estimators and a Cadet reporting into you and you will responsible for their training and development. 
 
You will be office based which is located in the Sydney and you will be working very closely with the State Manager & General Manager and will be working on a range of sectors on projects from a value of $1M to a value of $60M.
 
To be successful for this role you will: 

• Have 8 years plus experience as an Estimator with a builder in Australia
• Construction Management degree qualified
• Ability to work in a small team environment and unsupervised
• Commercial background is essential
• Quality take offs
• Ability to tender on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have you own industry contacts
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships in the construction industry
• Able to lead a team
• Able to use Buildsoft
