Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - Smart Motorway Infrastructure Upgrade
Location: Sydney, Australia
Duration: 8-10 months
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients team to oversee the electrical installation of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and TCS (Traffic Control Systems) components for a smart motorway civil infrastructure upgrade in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the electrical installation of ITS and TCS components for the smart motorway upgrade project
• Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians and electrical subcontractors
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard of quality
• Monitor and report on the progress of the project to the project manager
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards and regulations
• Liaise with other trades and disciplines on the project to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the electrical team as required
• Ensure all necessary documentation, including safety and quality records, is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects
• Experience in the installation of ITS and TCS components
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental and quality standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work day and night shifts, as required
• Experience on road projects preferred, but rail or water projects will have transferable skills
