Job description
My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work on the Burrup Seawater Supply Scheme upgrade / Water Corp. The contract will have an estimated duration of 2 months.
This role requires a proven track record working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works, labour, and subcontractors on site
- Ensure all activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Liaise with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Plan and schedule daily works to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and compliance documentation
Skills & Experience Required
- Electrical trade qualification (WA Electrical Licence)
- 5 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects
- Previous employment with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor (essential)
- Managed electrical reticulation/installation of underground cables, and transformers
- LV or HV Electrician background - Preferably RTIO or BHP NPI/Camp works experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong focus on safety and quality control
