Job description

My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work on the Burrup Seawater Supply Scheme upgrade / Water Corp. The contract will have an estimated duration of 2 months.

This role requires a proven track record working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical works, labour, and subcontractors on site
Ensure all activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans
Liaise with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
Plan and schedule daily works to meet project deadlines and milestones
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and compliance documentation

Skills & Experience Required

Electrical trade qualification (WA Electrical Licence)
5 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects
Previous employment with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor (essential)
Managed electrical reticulation/installation of underground cables, and transformers
LV or HV Electrician background - Preferably RTIO or BHP NPI/Camp works experience
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong focus on safety and quality control
