A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director - Electrical to lead and grow their Building Services division in Perth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic direction, project delivery excellence, client engagement, and team development across a diverse portfolio of projects.

- Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the electrical engineering function within the Building Services team.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base, secure major projects, and enhance market presence in Western Australia.
- Oversee the delivery of complex building services projects across sectors including commercial, health, education, transport, and mixed-use developments.
- Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical excellence and quality assurance across all design documentation and project deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, developers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Contribute to the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and regulations, ensuring compliance and innovative design outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Chartered status (CPEng) and Engineers Australia membership preferred.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in building services electrical engineering, with a strong background in project delivery, design leadership and team management.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level position within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated success in winning and delivering major building services projects across a range of sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management in a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
