A Tier 2 builder who operate on a national basis and have been operating in South East QLD for over 12 years are a consistent winner each year at the MBA awards and have created a very good name for themselves in the QLD building industry. They are known for delivering projects in the commercial, health, and retail sectors, delivering projects from $1M to $50M.

The role – Design Manager
Due to recent successful tenders their workload for the remainder of 2021 and start of 2022 is looking very exciting and they have a need for a Design Manager to join the ever growing business who are now one of the busiest Tier 2 builders in QLD.

We are looking for an up and coming Design Manager, who can jump in and join the project team. You will be one of three Design Managers in the QLD arm.
  
What you need to be considered:

• At least 3 -5 years experience in the role of Design Manager/Design Coordinator with a builder
• A construction related qualification
• Experience with commercial/health projects will be advantageous
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
• To be self motivated
