The Role

This role is based within their Transport Infrastructure Group.  They have an opening within their senior team for a Design Manager/Principal Civil Engineer to work on major transportation projects.

The Responsibilities

As the Design Manager, you will take the lead on major projects and will be responsible for the successful delivery of all civil aspects of the project.  You will be responsible for managing the resources on your projects and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are hit.

The Requirements

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience of working in a Design Manager role, or looking to make the step-up into this position
• Major roads and highways experience within Australia (preferably NSW)
• Strong technical skills
• The ability to manage teams of various sizes on a project by project basis
• Full working rights in Australia
