The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a Tier two builder who are looking for s Cost Planner to join their team. You will be working on landmark projects. Originally from out of state, however in the past 15 years our client has gone from strength to strength. As a result they have increased their staff size to 150+. They have emerged as one of the industry leaders in completing complex, large scale, unique projects throughout Sydney.

The role:
Being apart of the estimation team you will be reporting into an Estimating Manager. You will be working post tender offering cost effective solutions and value engineering. You will be making the design meet a budget.
About you:
- Exposure to projects $50M +
- Experience in managing conflicting cost, time, and target expectations with multiple stakeholders, as well as delivering project outcomes and managing output of multi-discipline professional teams
- Ability to assess project cost risks and opportunities in design development, procurement, and site agreement
- Analysis of project and market information in relation to construction costs
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or a similar field
- Proven track record
