The NSW market is producing many projects and this well-structured builder have been fortunate enough to pick up a few projects starting over the next 2 months which has forced them to add a Contracts Administrator to the team.
 
As a Contracts Administrator you will be working closely with your Project Manager on what is most likely to be a $12M Industrial project. The CA they are looking for will have a completed construction degree and will hold around 4 to 5 year’s experience, your experience will be a well-known tier 2 or tier 3 builder.
 
To be successful for this role of Contract Administrator you will need:

• A completed construction degree
• A stable career to date
• Experience with Jobpac is preferred but not essential
• Commercial/industrial background
• A Team player
• Able to work on two projects at a time when required
