Job description

Award-winning Sydney builder, with over 20-years industry experience, looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator with Class 2 experience to join their team.

You will initially be tasked with helping deliver a boutique 7-unit residential development located in Sydney’s sought-after eastern suburbs.

This is a hands-on position best suited to a capable and self-driven individual who can confidently manage project requirements with minimal supervision.

About the Role:

  • Focused on one primary project, with a second project to follow once underway
  • Work alongside an experienced Project Manager, but must be confident handling CA duties independently
  • Residential Class 2 experience essential
Key Tasks:
  • Subcontractor procurement & contract management
  • Variations, RFIs, claims & EOTs
  • Cost tracking, reporting & compliance
  • Liaising with all project stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
  • Previous CA experience on Class 2 residential builds
  • Strong commercial acumen & contract knowledge
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g. Procore, MS Project)
  • Strong communication & time management skills
