They are looking for a CA to add expertise to their team delivering a 7-storey high end apartment project at Bokarina. 
  
You will have experience with: 

• Administration and documentation
• Assessing variations and claims
• Profit budget forecasting
• Financial control reporting
• Regular client interfacing
• Letting trades
• Subcontractor Management
