The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category delivering commercial/industrial projects are in need of a Contracts Administrator to join their team in their construction division in Brisbane.
As a Contracts Administrator you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $700M and have an attractive working environment. They will see this is a long term appointment so having stability on your CV is essential.
The initial project is a Retirement living project located at the north end of the Gold Coast valued at $35M.
We are looking for a CA who is capable of being the lead CA on a project of this value.

To be successful for this role of Contracts Administrator you will need:
- A completed Construction Management degree
- Experience with a well-known builder
- Ideally a commercial/industrial background
- 5 years plus experience minimum
- D&C experience would be an advantage
- Able to work in team
- Good communicator
- Ability to maintain client relationships when needed
- Ability to multitask
