ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial management of construction contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth coordination across project stakeholders. You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Subcontractors and Suppliers to support successful project delivery.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and administer head contracts, subcontracts and variations 
  • Manage contract documentation, correspondence and records 
  • Assist with subcontractor procurement and negotiations 
  • Monitor project budgets, progress claims and variations 
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal procedures 
  • Support Project Managers with reporting and commercial analysis 
  • Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within mid tier market across commercial projects valued to 20M   
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial processes 
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in construction management systems and Microsoft Office
