Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator (3-Month Contract with Potential Extension)

Location: Wollongong Office & Sydney Sites
A well-established and growing small fit-out builder is seeking a Contract Administrator for an immediate start. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to extend longer, offering the opportunity to work closely within a dynamic team.
Key Details:
  • Position: Contract Administrator
  • Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
  • Work Schedule: 3-4 days in the Wollongong office, 1-2 days on Sydney site
  • Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all contract administration duties, ensuring contracts are properly executed, including variations, progress claims, and invoices.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and cost estimates.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain project flow.
  • Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with the project team on site issues and resolve any contract-related disputes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in contract administration, ideally within the fit-out industry.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to Sydney sites as needed.
