Contract Administrator – Exciting $30M Industrial Project
Location: West Sydney 
Contract Type: 3-6 months

The Role: As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our $30M industrial project. You will be responsible for managing contracts, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage contracts from inception through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any contractual issues or disputes.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and documented.
  • Assist with cost control and budget management.
  • Prepare and review contract documents and change orders.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on Industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
