You will be joining busy tier two builder that has office in multiple states and an order book that extends well into 2026. They work across all facets of the construction market and can offer staff exposure to a variety of projects in commercial, educational, health and government sectors projects

The Position
Reporting into a Project Manager, Contracts Manager and working with your site team responsibilities will include overseeing the administration of the head and subcontract, procurement, assessing variations and payments whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within budget. You will form part of a team that includes Contracts Manager, 1 Sr CA and 2 junior CA’s
The scope of works includes the delivery of a base build development worth approx. $200M. At the same time a 150M fitout will be happening in another building.
Salary will be dependent on experience however likely to be between $150K – $170K package
Qualifications / Skills
- Construction Management or related degree and experience in med tier market ideally across health or educational projects
- Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement
- Ideally experience using cheops
- Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients
- Ideally looking for someone from a tier one or two background
- Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to work in a team environment whilst training and mentoring the next generation
- In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
- Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
