Boutique residential developer/builder with approx $30M worth of work in delivery stages. Well established company has been around for nearly 10 years now.
The Position
Contract Administrator contract role for 3 months to cover a CA who is away on holidays. It's a $15m residential project, which is towards the end
Ideal background
Boutique residential developer/builder with approx $30M worth of work in delivery stages. Well established company has been around for nearly 10 years now.

Ideal background
- Construction Management degree or related and 3 + years' experience
- Experience working on residential projects up to $15m
- Experience using Jobpac / Cheops is adventurous
- Have been the only CA on a project or have mentored a CA
