• Join a boutique builder who has almost doubled in size over the last 12 months
• Work across a combination of private and state government projects with accreditation to operate up to 10M
• Work in an organization with a fairly flat structure and have access and influence at senior management level

 The Role

• Full CA cycle from start to finish of a $5m fit out project. 4 days in the office in Surry Hills and 1 day on site in Wollongong. Up to 6-month contract

Background

• Construction Management Degree or related construction degree
• Have experience working in the fit out /refurb sector on projects valued to $5m- 10M
• Have experience helping oversee and manage project management items
• Ability to use Procore a must
• Min 4 years' experience on fit out refurb projects
