The Company:

• This builder is a design-driven construction firm with offices in Sydney and Brisbane, turning over in excess of 100M nationally
• They pride themselves on working a little differently to their peers by investing time in the front end of the process to achieve better efficiencies for clients
• They have built a solid reputation working with well-known organisations undertaking fitout/refurbishments in the commercial, industrial and government sectors. Projects typically valued from $1M - $10M

The Position

• This position is vacant due to planned growth
• You will work closely with senior management who will be your mentor providing on the job training to achieve career success
• You will have access to one of Sydney’s most respected General Managers who is hands on proving staff with a clear career pathway
• This is an all-encompassing role where you will receive exposure to all facets of the a contracts management process.
• This is an office based role with regular site visits to attend meetings with subbies and consultants

This is full time position that will be paying between $130,000 - $150,000
  
Ideal Background

• Construction Management degree or related engineering degree
• Experience on commercial projects using systems such as Procore, Hammertech, Cheops etc.  
• Drive to progress your career to project management.
• Valid drivers lic
